Once you’ve registered for your free account, you can use advanced features, such as listing your own boats, adding boats for sale to your watchlist or creating a favourite boat search that will email results to you when new boats get listed. Updateing your account details to change phone numbers or emails is also simple.
If you’re selling a boat, you can list it for free, add a feature photo and then add as many extra photos as you like without any payment. Any email enquiries to you require the buyer to enter a code, so you don’t get spammed and the buyers don’t see your email address unless you reply to them. Viewers can also send your boat listing to a friend who they think might be interested and there’s a print friendly page that you can print out to stick on notice boards or hand out.
Boat Dealers have their own admin area where they can upload all their stock. Here, they can see how many views their listings are getting and edit listing details and images. They also have their own branded, printable pages that they can use to hand out to customers. Boat dealers can assign a boat to a specific sales person or boat broker, so that their specific contact details appear on the listings as well.
If dealers have their own websites, we can build their UsedBoats.co.nz listings into their website so that they only have to upload them once. If they don’t have a website yet, we can custom build one for them.
If you’re a member of the public, you can sign up for your own account. If you’re a boat dealer, then please contact us and we’ll set up an account for you with your logo and business details.
